Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for unopened, unused, and non-damaged items. Products cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene concerns.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
